Simply use AaxonPay to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

Only use this app if you have no other alternative. The machine is never timed properly to the app and is always off, sometimes by 30 minutes, if the timer appears at all. It's pretty frustrating to walk across an apartment complex to get your laundry only to find out you have ten to fifteen minutes left. The layout for payment is terrible, service takes weeks and multiple requests, and I have never received a refund when the machines don't dry. I've put up with this for two years.

Utter ripoff. I'm using a machine that doesn't have coin slots so this app is the only way to pay. They require you load a minimum of $10, and if you only need to do one load ever, or your rental is up, or your building burns down, they won't refund you a penny. There's also no option to delete credit card info from the app unless you replace it with another card. It also wouldn't let me add time to a dryer when I needed an extra half cycle, instead asking me to pay for a new full cycle.

This app is absolute garbage, it barely ever shows you when the machine is in the process of, or done, cleaning and drying. It asks you to log in every time you leave the app alone for too long and the auto reload hasn't worked for me yet. I can't check the room status and when I forgot my password I asked the system to send me an email but they didn't.. which is just awesome. Enjoyed having to remember my password for 20 minutes. At least it let's you start a session, so there's that. 🤷

It's really easy to use, I had a problem getting a confirmation code for my email, so I texted customer service and got an answer within a minute, and my problem was fixed with 2 minutes. Super helpful service and very easy to use app.

I would not have used the app if I had known it doesn't sync with the card. Most of our cell phones do not work in our laundry room. Since my cell phone does not work in the laundry room and our card does not work what good is the app? I asked it to show me the busy times for my machines, the graph is empty! So sorry I put money on it. I'm going to look into a refund.

just encountered one time in the past month where the machine took my money. I like that I can monitor and see when the machine is available instead of lugging down my basket for nothing. I would suggest that there be a sound on my phone when the notification comes up as washer/dryer finished. perhaps it's something that I can adjust in my settings?

The app is not as user friendly as it should be. Remaining balances do not seem to be in sync with the app home page. Also, the app lacks an easy way to add money to the account. It's way too complicated. Finally, it seems to be impossible to connect with a human being to solve a problem. When I tried to solve a problem with a deposit I called the number on the app and got a code. But, wasn't told where to enter it. In Florida, where we are, not ok with the number of seniors down here.
