Clothesline Mobile is an application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use Clothesline to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.

For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

The sign in process doesn't work. The app does not send an SMS code to my phone (motorola one 5G UW ace), making it impossible to create an account.

I scanned my laundry qr code and filled out the account information. I await the sms verification code but it never arrives. I have tried foe several days and still nothing.

This app is an inconvenience literally every single time I have to do laundry. The connectivity issues with the servers are constant, and the local bluetooth connectivity with machines is extremely slow and inconsistent. The app crashes frequently - requiring multiple trips in and out of the laundry room to re-establish a link with the server - and I have had to re-install several times due to complete loss of function. I have no confidence in its security.

I have been using this app for over four years now and have never really had an issue. However, all of a sudden the app is playing background music that is attached to the location. If I turn the location off and close the app...I can't back into the app the only way to access the app is with location on.

Wish this worked as described. Sometimes it connects to machines, sometimes not. The notifications for finished loads have only worked once. I guess during the coin shortage there's a benefit if your machines take quarters. Otherwise just load your card and dont waste your time. It hasn't been updated in over a year so it doesnt seem like there's a whole lot of investment or interest in improving it

The concept is excellent. The experience needs work. The app is full of bugs that have to be navigated in order to get it to work, it's far from seamless. It's also slow and your constantly waiting not sure if your stuck in a loop or if its actually going to work. It can be a very frustrating experience. The ease of use over fussing with quarters and getting change is its only advantage. I'm hoping the developers continue to work on the app and improve its code then perhaps I can rate it higher

It's a pretty good app for laundry. However, I really wish that they would let you add to the dryer time with a little more ease. I'm only able to do it immediately after starting the dryer and sometimes the app glitches and it doesn't let me add, which causes my clothes to come out partially wet

Works sometimes but has issues connecting to machines (slow or can't find, account low when not, does allow machine on then says it can't find it although it's on). Needs better connectivity through the laundry room walls/doors. Times are occasionally off, probably due to connectivity issues.
