There has been no help with tech support. The emails listed in the app support section and in the privacy notice section do NOT work. The feeder works great, but the app has crashed and will not reopen. I've even tried uninstalling it twice and restarting my phone, and still nothing helps. No updates are available. Tech support needs a valid email to be reached at and if they don't reach out after this 1 star review, then it solidifies my opinion. Hope this helps!

The app works as expected. I've defined a set of schedules. I also do a couple of manual ones on a daily basis. It never seemed to disappoint. My only Concern is, while running this on a Nexus 5, after each launch, the phone shows me a message indicating that "the app pasted from phone's clipboard". They may be stealing info off our phones. Try not to copy/paste sensitive data on your phone, if you have this app installed.

The feeder has worked perfectly for us for a few months now. App is slightly clunky, but really that's being picky. Notifications don't work, hence a star lost, but the messages themselves are there if you need to see them. A couple of people say you can't delete a timed setting; you can... drag from right to left on the feed you want to ditch and a delete 'bin' logo will appear.

No option to disable tracking. By using this app, you're giving permission for some sketchy people to record you 24/7, and save the videos. The contract states you can opt out of this if you use a guest account. Wrong. Oh yeah, and the feeder doesn't even work properly - if I relied on its autofeed function, my cat would be dead. Got a refund offer for the feeder. When I attempted to accept, they rescinded. All in all, not trustworthy. Convenient surveillance, more like.

I really like this app. It works well and easily customizable. I would like to see one change. I like the recording to play for my pet. It alerts him to the food delivery. I would like the option to serve without the announcement for early morning feeding. As far as I can tell the announcement is either on for all schedules or off. It would be nice to have the option with each schedule time. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this app hasn't been updated in two years and now when you log in it says "not optimized for the new version of Android." I really like these automatic feeders, but I feel like it is only a matter of time before these are rendered useless via the software being basically abandoned. If you update your wifi or reboot it, you have to completely remove them and re-set everything up. It's unfortunate cause this has so much potential.

This app is terrible. There either are no push notifications (so I'm told by support) so as not to disturb the user...except there are plenty of options to turn off the notifications. A feeding cannot be removed from the schedule, just turned off. It stays in the schedule forever. If I could return the feeder, I would.

2 problems have been making me so frustrated for weeks. 1. This Wopet auto-feeder is the only wifi device I've ever experienced that fails to reconnect to the network if I swap out the wifi network router, even if I set the router to use the original network name and password. All of my other devices reconnect instantly (phones, computers, etc). But this pet feeder makes me do the whole setup process again. 2. What is even more maddening is that Pet Zero doesn't not remember the feeding sched
