I propose who design the app to be a bit MORE user centric, I couldn't authenticate using phone number and no "Forget Password" function.

I give this app a 1 star simply because there are lots of things that need to develop. The phone number should always show beside the costumer' profile for easy access when you're about to get the number of the customer. Second, the Search tab only works for names. It doesn't support the location. It sucks and very disappointed for a well-known online shopping app with a worst logistic app. I swear. Third, the notification bell. I hope it will notify all the customers in one click. Thank you.

Hi developer, this app so easy to use, but I wish you fix some bugs, this bug was so annoying when we deliver the package and this app force logout, and it wasn't easy to re-login when using mobile data, when use wifi it was easy, but when use mobile data, it wasnt work. Please fix it ASAP. Overall this is a great app

Harmful to user. App forces delivery person to send packages to people that won't pay, while not providing option to report said buyer. End result, delivery guy has to pay instead. They also dont provide option to select all packages then notify all of recipients in one click. Meaning currently you have to notify one by one, which is a big waste of time. This app also can't handle multiple users at the same time, not letting many people send item to multiple places at the same time. 👎👎👎👎

dont sync properly. dependent on mobile date not reliable on area with low or no signal. cannot even upload geolocator. the tie up with algo is very poor cannot separate port code and cannot be handled street level. it just add up more time by always loading when screen if off. all in all the worst system LOP and this version.

Being a so-called tech platform giant, this app is bad and not even worth 1 star. It took several (years) updates for couriers to finally able to search via tracking number or scan barcodes on the AWB. Couriers previously are only able to search via NAME only and not TRACKING NUMBER and MOBILE NUMBER. MAPS doesn't even work accordingly and will not show exactly where the delivery address (on the map). Poor mismanagement leads to couriers leaving the company year after year. Ciao Lazada!

Hello sir This app is good enough to work, but have some improvements also, When we scan the packages continuously, the camera will switch to a standby mode. Please remove that feature and keep the camera working continuously untill the scanning is over!
