I bought the Mondo Freestyle Headphone last year in 2024. I have been using it on and off with the App with equalizer often. For the last month, the app has been offline and even the developer are not responding to any emails! Why do you make a product if can't support it long-term? The app is pretty basic, just a copy-paste of default template of any headphone apps. I hope they read this and turn the app server back online, or release a statement.

I am unable to actually use the app as of me writing the review on my Galaxy S22. I am able to create an account on the first boot of the app, but afterwards, when logging in, the app freezes and then refuses to reopen (an extra note to add: there is a lot of permissions the app asks for as well, which I can easily tell, not all of them are necessary.)

this sucks so bad. it asks for like fifty different permissions that are completely unnecessary for the function of headphones(except accessing audio) and like obviously im not going to let my freaking headphones know where I live, so I deny like all of em. this causes the app to freakout flashing like three different error messages about how it doesn't have the right permissions🙄and then I just uninstalled, not worth it. i just wanted to try disable the stupid connect/disconnect voice.

Post Update Review: App works as intended, giving you full access to the control panel of the headphones. Yay. Initial Review: Quickly crashes upon the application startup. Reinstalling and clearing the cache does not fix the problem. This is immediately after signing in. Until this is fixed, I would recommend just using your headphones without the app. Once this issue is fixed I will change my rating to fit with how I like the app.

app is Okey but update is trash and even after costumer service retelling what is already in the manuel is just lazy ... credit is where they answered at least promptly so I will give them that the headset overheard is very good but not the software and also the part where the phone with 3.5mm jack is connected the Facebook won't connect the sound through the jack but the phone itself .... it's very bad for a 180 euros headphone there is more the 3.5 mm headphone wont function unless the....

Forces you to log in but doesn't even send the email to let you register... uninstalled... if the headphones don't work without this app they'll be going back. Absolutely unacceptable app quality.

It worked alright awhile ago, when I first got the headset but now it just refuses to open any settings for the headset and I'm confused why. Reinstalling hasn't helped.
