The Level app has a decent UI, and I haven't faced many issues. However, I have accidentally used my card for ineligible payments, and it's frustrating to go through the process of uploading a receipt and getting rejected before finally making the payment. It would be much better if the app could directly let me pay for these ineligible payments. Overall, a good app with room for improvement.

A patchwork of financial startups that barely work together. I'm exhausted with the funneling from the website to the app and just want silicon valley to produce software that's meant to be useful for once instead of being constantly pushed into an ecosystem. The fact that basic functionality like messaging doesn't work on the web is an immediate 0 stars from me because it's obviously intentional.

having this benefit is pointless since you can never actually use it. app says it will send you a notification with a reason for why a transaction is declined, but it never does. The card never let's the transaction go through to even be able to send in a receipt. I'll be complaining to my hr department about level

Literally unable to use the app. I don't have a company phone and I can't log onto my work account from my personal phone. I reached out to support from my work computer, who apparently sent me a message, but I can only see the messages on the app. So I'm practically locked out of any support from Level because it's apparently too difficult for them to just send me an email or have a messaging option on their website 🙃 🙃🙃

Automated systems for reporting expenses bug out and lose data, causing you to not be refunded. Support through the app doesn't get responses (not even an automated one), so I'm checking to see if one starring them on the app store will summon a human being to look at my problem.

The app side menu doesn't work properly when navigating the help menu. Adding a receipt locks you out if you have already added something without the ability to add more. Overall, just a bad app.

Garbage app that will stop working randomly after months of use. Support can only suggest to uninstall and reinstall, and can explain issues. Wouldn't recommend any company to force its employees to use this.

Doesn't work. I downloaded the app, signed up, attempted to pay for a streaming service and the card got declined. I was going to try to get reimbursed for the payment but it won't allow me to connect my bank either.
