Love my toothbrush! I've had it for a month and my teeth are cleaner than ever. It's complete waterproof is pretty amazing. And it's only been charged once before use and like i said I've had it for a month and it's 3/4 charged still.

It worked for like a week. Then all attempts to connect to the toothbrush failed. Reinstalling the app, removing the device and trying to reconnect. Nothing worked. Given how depends the toothbrush is on this app. It really should be a lot more reliable.

Once the Wave connects in the app, it does not show any feature and the two modes in the app shows that nothing can be modified. Firmware update button shows nothing. App is completely useless. Have tried it on Android 14 on app version 1.0.2 and 1.0.6 and on iPhone iOS 17.4 version 1.1.1

Too difficult to use. Had to get technician to find app to translate from Chinese to English. What good is that? Still can't find function I want to change, so on a scale of 1 to 5 you get a zero

Simple app to configure the toothbrush modes and update firmware, nothing else, sounds like the perfect app to me, unlike many others.

I need to create an account to use toothbrush features, kind of ridiculous. If I'm not going to see an option for localized account or to bypass it I'm going to return this toothbrush next month.
