This app is touchy ans needs work. It feels dated and clunky. The Biometric sign on takes no less than 3 but often upto 5 attempts for it to actually log up in. It doesn't error just says it is recognized and then boom nothing sign in screen still. All in all the lack of features and simplicity of calendar are missing. Let me type a calendar date when I have to go back 6mo to year for some slowly sent bills.

This app is unusable. No problem logging in online, no problem with any other app on my android (not rooted btw), keeps saying username/password incorrect. Well, it is correct in fact. Edit: The problem (figured it out on my own btw) was that the password Wex accepted via a website was not meeting password requirements when used in the app!?! Changed password and now it works. Hope it helps some poor soul in the future.

11/2024: the app now states I'm using a rooted device, so I can't use the app. My device isn't currently rooted and never has been. I tried uninstall and reinstalling, restarted my device, and neither solved the issue. The app just keeps crashing on my phone. Tried clearing cache, deleting and re-downloading, restarting my phone...using my own funds shouldn't be this challenging.

This has been one of the worst companies for reimbursement I have ever dealt with. They still owe me money and after several receipts uploaded. My benefits weren't started on the correct date either. I couldn't get reimbursed for an entire month of expenses during my employment. As a business owner I would not use them as an option.

App won't even let me login to my account. It's not an issue with my account since the website works fine. Edit: 2 years later and still the same issue. The app is worthless, which is insane since it used to work.

So the app is bare bones and basic, which would be fine by itself, but I am unable to auto fill my logging using bitwarden which is super annoying. So 2 stars. If there is a dev reading these reviews, please check it out.

Negative stars - cannot login, cannot reset pw, error message is useless (either your info is wrong or else this isn't available to you... logging in isn't available to me?). Why bother having an app if you're going to block logins. Really hoping to use the app since website is not mobile/responsive. Fingers crossed that using my money proves a little more possible than using this app.

It glitches a lot. Does not let me open the app. I have to verify my fingerprint multiple times before even getting a chance to glance at my balance before the app closes on me. I thought it needed a new update, which is why I found myself here writing this review instead. No new update, app not reliable when malfunctioning.
