So far it's decent. Things could be removed that I've never used or that rarely load up properly. Otherwise it's pretty streamlined as far as driver or carrier apps go. Doubt it'll ever reach a 5 star status from me simply due to the fact I look at this screen more than anything else during my work days. Navigation tools, detours, road closures, or other alerts are just a waste of time mostly as they are about as accurate as the words that pour out of any politicians mouth. There it is.

There are a few bugs. Wish we could see our complete pre-planned trips while on a trip. Would be really kewl if the Unit number would be displayed on the location map. Can you somehow tie the Pilot/FlyingJ locator to ours? The "I'm Relocating" does not work in Canada. Can we fix it for those of us who go to Canada?????? The "pre-trip" for Canadian runs SUCKS!

A lot of detail in this app. It works for what it's intended to do. My only issue is depending on driver cell service the app dispatch system doesn't work with a weak cell signal. I've been in several areas with only one or two bars and the app wouldn't load correctly on my phone. My phone is running Android 9 version on a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone, so the phone shouldn't be the issue... It's the cell service or the lack of signal that gives the problem, which depends on area of the country.

The app for the most part works great but the fact that daily inspections are now a required login thing is quite annoying. Either trust us to do our job or you don't. People that don't do it are just going to lie and say they did on the app. People that are diligent and do it are actually going to do it.

What a waste of time. Gave some notice it couldn't verify my phone number. If I have to jump through hoops to get an app to work, it gets instantly un-installed. Called once on a weekday and then Saturday and left a message both times and never got a return call.

Love the app. Can you possibly update it by showing when a load was either booked or picked up? I believe this would be a great feature because the driver can find a pattern for when most loads become active in an area, possibly making it easier for him/her to make plans around being called for load offers, especially at night.

It's broke. Paper work scanning is broke. Have to take at least 50 pics and deal with half a dozen automatic app reboots plus turn phone off and back on at least three times before it properly scans and sends in the BOL paper.

I constantly have to tap twice to check in, out , to enter bol information, to enter pod, to scan paperwork in. It always takes twice at least. And sometimes keeps restarting not allowing to answer load offers.
