I am a respiratory physician trained and working in the UK. The cases are well-presented and the radiological images are usually excellent. New cases ask for you to suggest a diagnosis before the answer is given IE mimics real-life medicine. Previous cases with the diagnosis and discussion are easy to find. The cases are very varied and inude very rare and unusual lung diseases. The discussions are a very high calibre of discussion, similar to NEJM in my opinion.
