Unable to log in for "unknown error" Password, username and business account details all correct as can log into account on website. App works on iOS, just not android. Unable to use app at all on my main phone So now can log in after months of not working. Now the app constantly crashes when putting in drop off point. Developer email address rejecting plain text email also. Not happy at all!

The app keeps crashing on my phone and I can't open it. I do have a booking for September that I may have to cancel as I can't see it and I can't use the app. Not sure why? I've deleted it and downloaded it again a few times. Nothing seems to change. Shame because I like the service usually provided

They can't get my home address in their system so, they keep sending driver to a different address. customer service advisor was unhelpful and had a rude tone. driver arrived late.

At the moment the app won't even open. It says internet connection not good Struggling to connect and Try Again in green and nothing is happening and the internet connection is fine.

Would love to use this app however it requests a ridiculous quantity of permissions... camera, all media, phone calls etc etc. Is green tomato cars the new facebook? What is the purpose of collecting this data?

love the fact that the driver is there at the airlort with a sign for you. by far the cheapest option from one of the larger taxi firms.

Sign up doesn't work. Gives an error that account is inactive!
