Awesome app. However, in trying to create an account and the 'type in your country and select from list' never populated a list of countries to choose from, and can't finish the process. I used this app from 2015 and 2016. But haven't used it since working on boats at that time, but I'm working on boats again, and am using it again, and it does locate vessels, but I wanted to get more information but I'm currently stuck in this process.

Won't open. Could not connect. Try again. Very disappointed I love this app. UPDATE: it turns out that the security software from my company on the phone would not allow the app to open. It did in the past but there must have been an upgrade. Suspended it and the app worked. Also high five to the sports staff who exchanged 2 or 3 emails with me to see if we could figure out what was going on! Back to 5 stars 🤩

Not only does it track marine traffic, but it also tracks you excessively. So many tracking attempts. I don't mind paying for an app if it's a good app and does what I want it to do. Alas, I didn't get the chance to find out. So many tracking attempts I just uninstalled it. Don't tell me it's free if you're selling my data. It's not really free then is it?

Unbelievably horrible experience now. It used to be an amazing app that I absolutely loved, but right now it's a pure nightmare on OnePlus Android. Nothing fits into the screen, it's a gazillion of ads and there's no way to find any help anywhere. What happened?? I'll do 2 stars, because the website shows what I more or less need.

Three stars because I could not complete registration for the professional package even after using different cards! I am in contact with customer service but they were too late to solve my issue, and have yet to solve it. The stars are for the top tier UI and tracking. But this is pointless since I cannot upgrade!

I'm really enjoying following the handful of cruise liners we might want to travel on. The notifications that come with the annual subscription are good for that. The few bugs I've noticed have been fixed, and the app is being improved all the time. Kudos too for gently putting the "are you enjoying this app" question unobtrusively at the bottom of the page.

As a harbor tour guide, this app is exceedingly helpful. It is very detailed and easy to use. It is popular among all of my coworkers. A few things that would make it more helpful: - the ability to switch between metric and standard (imperial) measurements. Length in feet would be particularly great. -TEUs for container ships. -Maximum passenger counts for cruise ships.

Great app for watching and identifyingthe craft offshore. Have learnt a lot about the fishing grounds by following the trawlers out to sea and seeing where they congregate. Only negative is that as you zoom in the icons stay the same size, although that can be a plus when you have groups of craft next to each other.
