I paid for a subscription to test it out. there's still a "super like" paywall. also, there were maybe 80 profiles in a metropolitan of 1 million people. then it said I need to expand my search. but there's still a profile in the featured (which requires a super like) which is in the age and distance range. so they hide or create fake profiles to get you to pay beyond an already too expensive subscription. don't respond to me with a form lie Match staff, I know you're a con artist.

Old Fashioned Subscription System I have never done Match before, so I wanted to check it out, at the Bronze level. After realizing Bronze basically doesn't provide any benefits, I thought I'd upgrade to the next level, but it won't let me! I logged onto the actual site and everything! Such and OLD & ANTIQUATED way of preventing new members to upgrade! It's frustrating, since I signed up for 3 months, with a pointless package!!!!

Match must be just keeping their app around for posterity. After taking over all the other dating apps I don't even understand why this is still a thing. The app is beyond garbage and probably worse than it was 17 years ago. I don't know how many times I've gone to click on a profile only to have five other profiles pop up as I'm trying to click on it. They removed the 72-hour meat part of the application without any explanation or warning that they were going to do so. 1 out of 5 seems generous

Frustrating. The site says some viewed my profile, but I can't see them even though I have Platinum subscription. It'll say "you can't upgrade to Platinum in the app", but again, I already have Platinum. Doesn't work on a desktop. I've done troubleshooting. UPDATE: Customer support says the "who's viewed my profile" feature is no longer available with Platinum. That's false advertising because the site said that feature is available under Platinum. I want a refund or upgrade free.

This app is the king of overcharging. Want to boost your profile? $$. want to undo a swipe? $$. But want to see the same matches that haven't logged into match in a long time over and over again? This is your app. update 5/25: attempted to use this app.....it's gotten worse, barely usable. if that's even possible. clunky, slow, etc

The catfishes are out. Beware! Too many distracting bells and whistles. So many features pop up that distract from what you want to do. It's stressful enough to do online dating. Match is a master of nickle and diming you. I want to cancel my Match Phone because it wasn't working properly. But I can cancel it, but it won't give me a refund?! Absurd. Don't do it!!

Has potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While the platform offers a large pool of users & helpful features, I found that the quality of connections didn’t always align with my stated preferences. The matching algorithm could be more refined to better suit individual criteria & compatibility. There’s also a need for stronger filters & better communication tools to foster more meaningful connections. It’s not a bad experience—but it could be a much better one with more updates

I've found that the easiest way to reach customer service for apps is to leave a review here. lately, I've encountered what I think is a glitch that seems to stunt your apps performance. after swiping left or right on a few, Match seems to auto swipe (usually left) several people, people I would have liked to have looked at the profiles. This glitch has been disappointing and leaves me using match less cause my ability to match with interesting people is somewhat prohibitive thanks to this.
