Had to rate this to a 1 star now. The app is faulty. You make an account and it doesn't save your card you have to enter it in each time. Thats if the app works to process into the next section to pay for it. You also need to provide your card and process it at the store when you pick up. It's fine to navigate. However, I can not find a way to check the status of my orders. I have to check my email to see my order information. Why have an app to order food if I can't see the status of my order?

You have ruined this app. I can't even select the location of the store closest to me. The closest option on the app is over 100 miles away! Please fix this issue! I don't understand why I can't just type in the location of the store near me!

It's charging more than if I just call in to order even though it's for pick up and now when I log in, it shows I have no points to redeem when I had at least 400.

This app is a complete joke. It seems to be less buggy than it has been in the past but the real issue is the payment options. There is no option for cash and the charge feature does not work. The whole point of an app is to make the process of ordering a pizza easier not more frustrating. Calling your order in is so much simpler. I've used the other pizza chain apps and never had any issues. Get with the program guys. I love your pizza, but this app is garbage.

The app has foreclosed multiple times during past and current orders goes from $45 and for 2 large pizzas with 1 coupon to $102 after hitting delivery, app has changed from delivery to pick up at least 2 other times in past orders at payment processing time even after selecting delivery during checkout. Coupons have been removed during check out multiple times. Service at the restaurant receiving our orders is amazing but the me and Ed's app is a no go.

unable to complete transaction, every time I went to check out, it made me reselect the store I wanted to order from, and it would keep this loop up. It also advertised a free appetizer of garlic bread knots for being new to the app, so i add them, and then they aren't free, but merely $1.50 off, so that was awesome...

App is horrible. There is no reason this day and age for an app to be as bad as this one. I can never get it to work. It gives errors every single time. Most recently my address which it auto filled once I start typing it so it's not my fault that it is incorrect. Forget about using rewards with it too. Never works. Do better me n ed's!

App took my order and it took the money from my account. But the pizza didn't get delivered till the next day. Talked to the store manager who told me they didn't get notified of the order until the next day. Now the app does not complete transactions or go to the next page once a button is pushed. It needs a serious update. I'll just order from Domino's from now on.
