I'm a longtime 365 customer and switched my photos from Google to OneDrive to consolidate then discovered you can't buy more than 2TB storage. Search function no longer has face recognition search and even though there are albums and tags auto created with date and location the search function doesn't allow search of date, location, etc. It's truly awful to navigate, hangs, and sharing a photo is difficult. I thought with AI this would be fixed. COME ON Microsoft. You should do better.

I downloaded the app, and paid for 50gb of storage. I uploaded 10gb of pics and videos. I then got a new phone and now when i log in, my subscription does not exist and all of my photos are missing. I've chatted with support 3 times, and all they can say is they don't see any subscription. I was able to get a transaction id from Google Play and am waiting for a response to the email I sent to microsoft. Hopefully they will be able to locate the 7 years of irreplaceable memories I'm missing....

Great service until I found a random person viewing one of my files. I was editing a file in Word that I had saved to my personal OneDrive and NOT shared with anyone. All of the sudden an unknown account appeared at the top where you can see the people who are currently viewing the file and found no way to remove them. I searched online and apparently I'm not the only person this has happened to. Sticking to Google Docs.

Sucks for multiple accounts. I made the mistake of adding another account to sync my pictures to OneDrive, but I did not know I would be "married" to this account in my device forever. I followed the procedure to remove it, signed out, and I even deleted the app, but this account always comes back and logs in by itself. It is frustrating because it is messing with my daily flow of using OneDrive for my work stuff.

If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. It completely wrecked my computer and my phone by moving my personal folders all over the place, including into buried system folders, and it has been a week-long process trying to figure out what problem was and now trying to reclaim my stuff from it. Do yourself a favor and never turn it on ever.

Borderline malware. I had this on my computer for years, and it did nothing but slow it down. Whenever I turned my computer on with OneDrive, it would sit for 3 minutes at 100% disk space usage before I could do anything. When I finally decided I was done with OneDrive, it took 5 hours to safely unhook my computer from it. And the result? Now, when I turn my computer on, I can use it in 10 seconds instead of 3 minutes. If you value your device not acting up on startup, never get OneDrive.

Hey, my Microsoft Onedrive has developed a new 'feature' since the latest update. It won't stay open. It's been a great program, by the way. Has made my data life much easier. Love having the on this day photo show. My system maintenance says there's a problem with it and recommended that your app be put to 'sleep' until the issue is resolved. The phone is fully updated, and a samsung S20 Idea's on my problem solution ? Is it the problem something others are having ?

This used to be a brilliant app until I was forced to restart it due to some changes. Now I can no longer see which photos have comments, the small speech bubble which used to indicate this has gone from the thumbnail. It is Impossible to even see the comments on a photo unless you click on it, then click on "comments". Please roll it back, it was so much better before!
