Why the price of the Bicycle has been changed!!? I'm really disappointed at this service, it was really helpful for price being 3Rm for the first hour and it was just as helpful when it was 2Rm for the first hour, it made me want to use the bicycle instead of just simply book a Grab Car and most of my places I go the price somehow similar to ordering a Car. Now I really don't think I would ever use your service for the rediclus price I enjoyed it but now I have to delete the App.

So everything has worked amazingly well, the bikes/scooters are pretty good. I was using pay as you go, now I can't use the service because it says I have 1.35 ringgit outstanding. And the only way to settle it is by using the "wallet" and topping up a minimum of $20 but not by card as I was using pay-as-you-go. A way to forcing you to commit to the service? Edit: they're adding option to pay outstanding balance with card, settled the amount pending with them! Best support in the industry!

Terrible service and the bikes are in desperate need of maintenance. On top of that, the prices are ridiculously high — I paid almost 40 Ringgit for just an hour and two minutes! The pricing is outrageous. I absolutely do NOT recommend using this service as long as they’re charging this way. It’s nowhere near worth the money. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised to see how few people were using it and how many bikes were just sitting there unused — it’s basically a scam!

In the app, it shows that payment could be by grab pay.. however, when I clicked on the option, the transaction has been done and it was deducted the money from my wallet in grab application. At the same time, it was not available on my wallet in TRYKE. I don't know where that gone. So unfair

Such an amazing service. They still have a long way to go, but even at this stage their service is much better than competitors. There might be minor bugs and problems here and there but I totally expect that and its fine coz they arent critical and the support team is PERFECT in resolving the issues. They replied to my message in minutes, explained things well and were really really helpful! The vehicles are also spot on. No problems with them at all and had a really smooth ride with them :)

The app seems to be developed with a clear desire of dismissing any kind of best practice for good UX. But if you think the app is bad wait until you drive one of their zero suspension scooters. I had headache after just a few short minutes and couldn't wait to step off.

Got some issue with the apps last night 11/11.. I forgot to end the trip but Tryke customer service fixed it very fast.. Recommended for those who want to try.. It's the cheapest one compare to other competitors.. Really enjoy playing their scooters.. Big, fast and stable..

Great to see a local player to be in this e-scooter Game but Tryke definitely need a lot of enhancement in UX when enabling user to use it! Pros: Varieties of scooters and bike Attractive promotion Cons: Promo doesn't work - coupon wasn't generated Battery of their bikes and scooters are running low App ease of use is terrible - we spent more than an hour trying to get their bike or scooter unlocked..Beam is much more user friendly Hope Tryke could fix these problem for us to support Msian!
