I like how the app assesses major aspects of your physique. I am not sure though why it doesn't include the kata or the proper moves of karate in the workout plan itself. you can add the option in the survey if someone wants to train for karate or just want a workout that suppliments their karate training. you can also make paid plan accordingly. good for business and good for user. win-win.

The worst thing for a Martial artists, 1st the app is too slow to load my account, the images and the videos, 2nd u cannot learn any kata of other styles until u pay them, 3rd I found my style without paying them and at first from the thumbnail of the kata it seems exactly the same as I learn but when u start the video it's all rubbish they are teaching u EXERCISE for THE KATA I am a national level play I downloaded it to lean katas like suparinpei just don't download it and waste ur time
