First impression: very well done, funny, and a welcome change from my vaults in another game. Then... it grounded to an halt. Just about every developer reply to reviews of this game stresses that "In-game purchases are optional", and they often are in a game of this type. But without those "optional" purchases, after a fun start, everything becomes painfully slow. Every upgrade to a room costs dozens, if not hundreds of thousands of in-game currency, but it takes literally at least half a day to mint 10000. Oh, you can earn money in battles too, but after a while, I'm just stuck at always losing the same one, because my fighters are too weak, and at $10000 minted every six hours, I might as well relaunch the game in one week to pay for the upgrades I need to level my characters. Wait, no: the free system to auto-gather production only last 3 days, after which I'll have to launch the game every 4 minutes if I want to get any money. So yes, purchases are optional, if you're OK with the idea of looking at the screen without doing anything for several hours at a time.

I played this four years ago and gave it four stars. I came back to it yesterday, it played good until I progressed a few levels and it started kicking me off after a minute of play. The farther I got, the slower it got, and the quicker it kicked me offline. I am at level sixteen and it's pretty much unplayable. I got much farther when I played before with no problem. It also has a Google message that pops up upon loading "American Dad has trouble with Google Play Services. Try again"

After clicking accept the first time opening it, it's just a blank screen, un-installed, and re installed. Nothing has any effect, I have a brand new phone, so it can't be an issue on my end.

How can i enjoy the game if everytine i do a campaign level or attack another base, the game freezes for minutes This is not a phone issue, my phone has high specs, fix the game performance. Game existed for years and still has worse lag than older apps

I have played this a few times since release and there have been very few improvements. There isn't enough to do and all the build times are way too long right from the start. The probability parameters involved in the cloning are meaningless in that if you clone two 5star Rogers you wont get a 5star Roger. In fact you will get a 1-3star most of the time. That's not how cloning works. The events do not payout unless you pay-in. The mini-games don't work 2/3 of the time. Seriously underwhelming.

This game is beyond fun until it empties your bank account and you have to deposit more money to buy items so you can actually play. Rinse. Repeat. All your friends are now an army of wicked sweet aliens.

It's fun, but you guys are money hungry. So many micro transactions. To upgrade a Roger to 5 stars is ridiculous. Your going to have to pay to get all those. Plus the 15 day premium plan lol. Silly goose. So you want money for the premium. Fine, then money to upgrade Roger's, money for the Roger mimi game, money to upgrade, money for the regi bear, money for builders, are you starting to see my point. This is worse than clash.

I love how much heart has gone into the characters! The game progresses kinda slow but there's always something to do when I get on. I originally gave it 4 stars because it asked me to rate it early. However, due to the wackamole Rodger mini game, I had to go change it to 5.
