Not working good at all. Going on 7 months in and my electric has doubled! 🤬 support got involved and updated inverters. The app doesn't work right most of the time also. Kicks me off, won't let me log on, is totally opposite of what the system is actually producing. I'm furious at this point!! 🤬

The old app I could see on my phone the graph showing the production each day in real time all we get now is a box with a figure in it, we also got weekly, monthly graphs which we can't access now. All the good information is no longer being supplied.

Poor, going backwards, not too long ago it was possible to see each panel Individually and know if there was any problem, not now. Also it was possible to have reports of the generation in a given time. Those was important tools.

Sharing my output just after 7 AM today (June 30, 2024) on social media, someone pointed out it showed "Updated 8 hours ago". This obviously isn't accurate as the output was not 1.2 kW at 11:15 PM. More attention and quality control needs to go into this application. You have embarrassed us both!

No answers to repeated requests for support. Inverter capped at 520 instead of 600W. The app is though improved over the time and support finally kicked in solving my problem.

App doesn't let you see anything about the inverter, just connect it to your wifi network, probably to steal your data. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
