Can't restore to original directories. Can't also select just any general folder. The only lockable folders have to contain specific types of files eg. images. The miscellaneous option just shows only a few arbitrary folders. Users should have the option to browse a directory structure and select particular folders they want to unlock. The restore function should restore items to their original directories or at least allow users to select one.

I could not even get to try the app.... I was spammed with 4 adds in 3 clicks in the app. I do understand that the app needs to monetize and earn revenue, but as far as the user experience goes, for me it was unacceptable. I can understand haveing an add after you have managed to do something in the app and then you can "pay" by watching/clicking the add, but to receive 3-4 adds with the launching of the the app itself is simple annoying af. I decided to uninstall and try another option.

After updating the app no photos folders are showing , I didn't moved root folder or deleted any files. In file manager app in Folderlock encrypted data there are all files but can not open any files. Please do something.... Data recovery option also not working.

I'm using folder lock on my android phone for a realy long time, few months ago some (not all) videos, pictures and wallets started to disappear from the app however I can see the encrypted physical files are in the folder still and when I perform recover data from the app it's still not showing these videos, pictures and wallets. PLEASE HELP

Hi. I had been using this app for a very long period and had been very happy with its performance. But suddenly from last week update, the application is not accepting my unlock pattern making it impossible to access my important files. Kindly provide support for resolving the issue.

The next update you mention is out, I'm using the same email after it forced me to password reset, log back in, I hit recover, it says recovered still nothing. I even paid for the pro version originally so no adverts and now I'm also getting adverts. This is ridiculous, you've locked me out of sentimental images and videos.

I have been using this app since 2020. I was very happy with the old version of folder lock. but in new version my password is not accepting. I am so worried about my hidden important files in old version of folder lock. This new version has not the option of forget password. please give the option of forget password.
