Horrible app. My other half paid for a year's worth. Stopped working after a couple of days. Haven't been able to do anything ever since. Servers were always shutting down randomly and had trouble restarting and showing up on the server lists. It's been awhile now so I wanted to try it out again and I just tried multiple forms of payment and it was not processing correctly. Just like many others have said before, don't waste your money!

Rented a server that was on a permanent restart loop immediately after I rented it. Got them to fix it but there's no fixing the time, progress, and countless cars lost because of constant server lag. On top of that I changed games then the server became completely unusable. Still is to this day even though they won't let me unsubscribe anymore. You'd be better off buying a spare computer and using that for a server. It's cheaper in the long run.

The only thing good about this app for me is it's easier when trying to change XML files on my PS4 and the most frustrating thing is they need to allow you to search a specific item in the file you are currently in . Having to scroll every single thing in the game or own a PC and download some app to be able to help some not all just some is ridiculous. Taking 3+ hrs. to change what I want in the types file every time they update the game is boring/tiring

Server constantly saying its up, but I'm never able to find it on the server list when looking it up by the exact name. The few times I have found it, it wouldn't let me log in by saying the password was wrong, I MADE the password, I know what it is! Also the one time I actually got on, the admin password didn't work, I made it an easy one and it states its wrong and kicks me after the 2nd attempt. Bottom line NOTHING WORKS AND I PREPAID FOR 3 MONTHS, TECH SUPPORT DOESNT ANSWER SUPPORT TICKETS!!

I've used Nitrado for a few years and the service is good - I pay for a server and I get a server. The app, however, is dreadful. It loads the home screen but clicking anything is pointless. If I click on anything, I will be stuck with an eternal loading wheel. Clicking on the Feedback option takes me to a "webpage not available" screen and restarting the app does nothing. I just want to be able to adjust my server settings from an app, not have to load up a webpage and log in every single time

The app used to be very useful for managing my server, however, ever since it was updated and given a new look a couple of months ago, the login never works, it doesn't matter if I use my Microsoft login details or my nitrado login details, it always just brings me to an endless loading screen. I have tried to reinstall multiple times but it hasn't made any difference. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.

Terrible. Cannot remember passwords, sometimes denies the correct password, will lock you out for no reason... Furthermore, if you start your server via a Microsoft game or store, Microsoft will take payments for the server, then Nitrado will cut you off for 3-4 days after the payment is made, whilst they slowly liaise with Microsoft.. I've been using Nitrado for over 2 years and I feel I'm about ready to take the loss on everything and build my own machine to run my servers.

trash app. this app is absolutely non-functional. It would probably be more efficient to call a friend with a laptop and tuck them through making the changes on your server that you need made. This app is completely worthless. And that's not to mention the fact that it keeps you logged out almost all the time, the menus don't work half the time and when they do work they block your entire screen.
