1. Difficult or impossible to add gift cards and ecoupons and save them to your account. Had to use the website. 2. You can't flip between apps. If you do, like to look at Maps, you have to reopen the app drawer and find the icon again. Bug on both Android 14 and 15, on 2 different phones.

The app is showing a black screen for delivery and store selection, issues with whatever map service they use. Issue persists after uninstall. Edit: Tried on 3x different phones owned by different people, one of which was someone who had never used the app. Same issue. Fix your map service. Also has issues with gift cards the website doesn't. App is a glorified menu. Restaurant is pretty good tho

Unusable. Font size is either too small to read (1pt) or too large to fit the text (18pt placeholder) on screen, with no in-between. App empties your cart if you change locations during checkout but doesn't ask you to choose a location to begin. App can't handle dark mode (white text on white background). Avoid this app, just call or order in store.

Fantastic fast-casual food, great app! Latest update(s) fixed a LOT. So now ordering is a breeze. Note: diff locations seem to vary a lot. If you're not at your usual Baja, it's worth paying attn whether they let you pre-order salsas, pay in-store, tip in the app, choose whole wheat tortillas, get red or green enchiladas, etc. The "Local Favorites" section can be fun for less common dishes. Vegetarian friendly, also good for group orders & customizing items (skip lettuce, extra cheese, etc).

It was pretty great... However not so much recently. I always like to pickup gift cards from a wholesaler I shop at, but those gift cards stopped working in the app. Just says error receiving value when I try. I can check the balance on Baja's website and use them in person, just not in the app. Frustrating.

I've had problems with this app for months. It keeps saying it needs to be updated but that's impossible because it won't allow me to, and when I was able to open it, it would freeze, or not put the order through, or it would take a long tule to order. I just had to uninstall it. Let's see if it works now that I reinstalled it....

Can't even select the right restaurant from the app when creating an account. Looks like you should be able to scroll through the pop up but you can't. It only shows three options. Impressively bad UI. Bravo.

Your app says this version is no longer supported and that I should download the latest version, but this IS the latest version in the Google Play store. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. Oh well. You lost a sale.
