I went straight to the diet to see it's recommendations and uninstalled. 3 pieces of meatloaf is excessive and not healthy. There are other more nutrient dense foods to eat for protein options. 3 large meals a day and one snack is actually not recommended by the medical community, it's 5-6 small meals/snacks a day.

Im stunned by how I gained weight in less than a month. I was a lean person trying all what I could do to gain some weight. But this app pulled it off for me. The menu they offer is ideal for anyone who is struggling to gain weight. Their exercises are a bit too tasky for beginners but worth the hit. I didn't do it everyday though I got the results I was always wanting. All stars from my side.

I was very skeptical, tbh. But bc people say it works, I gave it a try. The exercises, I can keep up with them, but not always do them 100% correctly, because some of it is quite tiring or needs a bit of exercising experience. I am struggling with some of the food on the list, but i am very determined and i just do it. I am day 5, and i got on the scale, i could not believe! I don't feel i have put on, but the same scale that showed 51kg 5 days ago, now shows 54. Worth every effort!

App is good. I am using it but i think 1 more feature should be added in workout column like it is going very fast for a newly person who started workout can't finish it in 3 or 4 mins. So if developers want they can add the feature of slow or fast or medium playing videos in workout column. Like the cartoon girl is doing very fast workout . Rest everything is best. And for a change you can add some spicy things in difference of 15 days of meals planner😉😉 i am missing my chole bhature on meal.

The first five days were like hell😣😣 because my muscles were trying to adjust, after that no more pain during or after exercise, it's a great app I gained some weight and I eat more now and the foods I eat now works on my body 😌😌 it's a great app well done to the developer, but your counting is too fast I can't meet up so I usually pause it to meet up .
