Think app sucks I absolutely hate it. Does not meet any expectations. They hype it up way to much. The volunteers are Terrible at their jobs and only make it worse. anytime I have gone on this app the responses are slow and most of the time very unhelpful.

Once again the app is experiencing issues that make it IMPOSSIBLE to start a chat. When you send a message, it reads, "Error, please try again later" and kicks you out of the dialog. When you go to click on the number to call, it's improperly formatted and goes to the "Call not completed. Please check the number you are dialing and try again." I thought this app was supposed to help people in the moment? Not days later when they decide to fix things. Edit: Uninstall and reinstall done prior.

It's alright I suppose, but definetly isn't the most reliable. Whether it be the long delay when sending/recieving messages or unhelpful advice, it feels difficult to communicate with others. Not to say it hasn't helped in certain situations because it absolutely has, but it's not uncommon to find yoirself questioning whether or not the person you are speaking too is qualified. The biggest issue for sure though is the delay in sending messages.

This app is very good. I was having a pretty bad time with my mental health and was able to talk to a counselor who was very sweet, genuinely concerned, and was actually a real person. She taught me coping techniques and comfort that I couldn't search up online, as well as being personalized. There was a few glitches such as getting notifications 2 minutes after the message was sent as well as some messages were sent twice, but other then that it was pretty good.

The concept, and outline of the app is great, but the implementation is poor. The developers did not put enough time in. Lots of bugs, for example: If the design was more functional (and more professional visually) it would be great. I am also still warry on allowing anonymous reporting because it has high potential for abuse.

This is clearly a chatbot app. The "counselor" would type multiple paragraphs within 1 minute of me sending my message, and all their messages sent twice. The "help" they gave me was something I could have found by reading an article, and it wasn't personalized at all. I would seriously not recommend this app, it's a scam. I am ashamed that my state would think it was a good idea to create this app.

I have downloaded deleted again and again. The first time I used it was to send a tip to a school about seeking help for my friend who was having a hard time lately. They sent police to her house, and had the police question her in front of parents which made her play it off. She was at no risk of harming herself at the time. I deleted it, then re downloaded later. I was in tears and started a chat but the person who was there provided no comfort and ended quickly.

It was helpful to be able to help a friend. It does have some bugs, it keeps exiting the app, which can really be harmful for someone that needs to text or call someone immediately, but it suited well for my purpose. Just kind of smooth it out and that would be great👍
