Too much everywhere, lost. Not enough concentrated and then customizable at desire on the key functions. Example make it so that we could have 2 separate button with 2 separate timers. Make it as well that we can have different function on the buzz to have it after a press go on once every 30 seconds and for a 5 minutes (During the time required to smoke one)... Needs to be reassembled and then get better at customization on key features

terrible app, somehow update made it worse than before. extremely slow to show when alarms are going off & to disable them, create alarms, no default alarm settings or copy alarm settings. slowly re-pairs every morning. spent 10 minutes trying to pair last night, & this morning, the alarms kept on ringing even after all of them had passed. the app would show next alarm in 22 hours then start going off a minute later. app finally shows the option to disable alarms after minutes of ringing. 0/5 ⭐

As someone who was diagnosed with narcolepsy, waking up on time to an alarm has always been a challenge. The ability to set different levels of a physical and silent alarms has been a game changer for me and my spouse. The app has gotten progressively better over the past year. I purchased my watch before my diagnosis a few years ago, but put it in storage as the original software was pretty buggy and unreliable. I decided to give it another shot earlier this year and wouldn't go back.

I have not over slepted once since I started sleeping with pavlok, I only got the basic budget friendly one and it does everything I need it to do, have thought about upgrading to the more expensive one or the ring but decided to test this out for awhile, sometimes my phone doesn't connect to the app or takes forever to load the alarm and pair which results in me getting zapped for 2 minutes, which really wakes me up, couple friendly will not zap someone sleeping next to you.

I love the product idea and when it works it's great but it has so many issues. It doesn't pair automatically, it frequently doesn't turn off even once stopped, there have been other problems im not thinking of right now and I've had the watch a bit over a year and it doesn't seem to really be working anymore. I'm not sure if it's not holding a charge or what.

I used to love my pavlok. Until they broke the app. Everytime I open the app it takes 60 secs or more to connect to the watch. May seem no big deal but when your watch is set to intervals of escalation and you're getting zapped whilst waiting to do the puzzle to turn off alarm..... Well it makes it pointless really. I've stopped using it. It's been weeks and can see others experience the same. Can no longer recommend to anyone

Not a very good app, I only use this product for the shock alarm clock. There is no way to adjust snooze time, the default is about 1 minute. The sleep tracking only works if you turn it on every night. The product feels very cheap too, I'm sure the electronics are sound but it's enchasd is a very light, cheap feeling plastic case that doesn't feel the way you want a product that cost me about 160.

Using a Pavlok 3 since Dec.2023. Concept and function is an excellent idea but reliability of functions is exceptionally poor. First encountered issues with synchronization of alarms and sleep, where the app would not capture sleep results or not appear for days. The alarm schedules would constantly disappear without reason. Eventually alarms would go off at unscheduled times. Support could only assist with resetting the device and reinstalling the app. Device replacement solved nothing.
