it doesn't give me a video visitation option even though I have used it before. I can't hit 3 to accept calls. the link in the email says no app supported. it just doesn't work! my daughter set up an account and easily used it. we have the same phone. when I finally did speak with customer service I was told to turn my phone off and back on. but then she said a lot of people were having the same issues?

Android vs. Apple on this app has 2 different views. With Android, u can't scroll up to read through the messages because it refreshes the screen instead. If a long message is sent, you can't read all the way up. Apple will let you go up in messages & read old messages. If you're replying to something, screenshot the old message because you won't be able to go back & see it. The area to type in is so small u cant double-check your own message. Calls are hit & miss on being able to hear.

I have a google pixel 4, and the app has a few bugs but the most disappointing is that the "send photos" feature doesn't work at all. Photos simply will not attach, and it doesn't matter what folder from the phone's storage or camera is used. So a main feature is completely non-functioning for me. The text box often glitches and deletes your message (so I write my message elsewhere and paste it into the text box). Scrolling doesn't work unless you first zoom in. It's a broken mess.

This service is absolutely terrible. Phone calls cut in and out, but continue deducting money during disconnected times. The servers are constantly down. The app hardly ever works appropriately, and the web page version doesn't have the photo option. The movies NEVER work for my partner. It is disappointing when it is so expensive to use. Please improve your service or require users to obtain equipment supportive of this service if that is the issue. The texting feature is nice, but expensive

Everyone: I feel your pain! There is nothing worse then spending 30+ minutes composing a 1000 word text only to have the app glitch and it's gone! *POOF* Do this 2 or 3 times in one session and at $.50 per text when it finally goes through! I've lost chunks of my hair from sheer frustration ripping it out! I've learned to 'Select all' and then 'Copy' the text many times while composing just in case. Then all I have to do is 'Paste' when it glitches. Hope this helps.

It's hard to navigate through the app. You are supposed to be able to add contacts (searching by name) BUT where is the "search" option??? It's very slow & unorganized... In my opinion. This app could be so much simpler, if all options that are displayed worked. Some icons that you touch to navigate through the app don't work... I just feel like it could use some work within.

I'm grateful for the app and the communication that I can have with my loved one. However, every time I try to send a text message, and I accidentally touch my phone's touch screen, the agreement page comes back up and my text message is completely gone. It doesn't matter if I have a 1000 characters already typed up. Fix this issue and I will change my rating.

it is one of the worst apps Ive ever had to use. constantly closing which deletes the whole message for either party, having error messages pop up for no reason then start working again, takes forever to load then crashes, it is also expensive. to pay so much for nothing not even little is torture. this is the only way we can contact each other rn & is feels like they chose the cheapest, worst way possible so as to punish both parties. hate this app so much edit:Sending photos is not doesnt work
