The station I frequented moved to a much larger location, just up the road. I love their rewards. Some of the best around I think. I like the app quite a bit too. It's not hard to figure out or use. I use it whenever I go to any Eagle Stop. Whether or not I use my points or purchase a monthly special. And I love my local store. Just wish they could get more help to stay open longer. Guess that's a problem every where tho. Very happy all in all. To date, still no complaints.

Eagle stop is one of the better rewards apps out there. I frequently go to several eagle stops and look for them whenever I'm traveling around the state to make it a point to stop. Lately the app doesn't want to open it's become rather annoying to a point where once uninstalled it and reinstalled it to make it open.

If you're wondering why your app isn't working, tracking points, or allowing you to use deals, it's because they made a new app instead of updating or removing this one and made no efforts to notify anyone. I've been watching the app for weeks thinking my account had a glitch 🙄

It was great BUT it hasn't tracked any purchases since April 1 2025. The joke is on us. Can't use it if it doesn't accumulate purchase points. Stuck at 984 points, yet my receipts indicate 3773 points that I can't redeem! Really screwed up!

My app said I had 1 fountain drink available. I double checked with the clerk on the size to get. When I entered my phone number (which IS attached to my account) and it didn't work! The clerk just kept shrugging off every question I had. Obviously no one is being trained on how to help customers with the app.

Had problems with the new apps not working or being able to redeem points. The card doesn't work now. The app won't let Me redeem any of My points. Contacted Eagle Stop several times and no response ever. So I'm done with Them.

This app is very easy to use. The only thing I've not figured out how to do is add another card to my account, if it's possible, bc of lost my old card. Love the fact that Eckert time i spend money in getting points to reward myself when I'm low on money. Thanks so much Eagle Stop of Bagnell Dam.

The employees are always informative when it comes to my rewards. 3 cents off a gallon ect. Very nice.. always say hello when I walk through the door. Even when I'm a few cents short the cashier takes it out of their own pockets. It's my favorite gas station.
