very outdated and slow/laggy app I'm a developer myself and can tell this was just a quick job. would definitely love to help them out and make a polished version for Android, they deserve a good app because their food is actually amazing

Have used many apps for ordering food, and by far this app is the worst. It is very confusing how to order then you go back to change something, and you cannot find your basket that you have to start all over again just to find out when you get to check out, now you have two identical orders. You should be able to jump to basket/cart. It is also very difficult to find out how to redeem your points. I have points sitting there yet no where to redeem when I get to check out.

The app is still difficult to use but improving. It allows you to recall a previous order, but even though they have multiple locations in my area, it ties your previous orders to one location and won't let you change it. The location button on the main screen works now. Not thrilled it adds a sizeable tip on the checkout screen but does ask for permission. I don't think takeout orders warrant a 15% tip.

The food is fantastic, but the app is sketchy. It won't let me autofill my payment. I have to scan in my card and then fill out the rest. The rewards and recent orders sections don't track well, if at all. I should have tons of reward points, but I have none. Also, the tip option should come after delivery. Tips are a reflection of the service received. And who am I tipping - driver, cook, someone else? I do like how their delivery service is much cheaper than the rest though!

Ordered throught the app and selected delivery. It went in as pickup. When I called the restaurant to fix the issue, staff was rude and stated I'd have to do it through the app and hung up. App doesn't have this feature to fix the issue and I had to call back to get help. I was only offered a refund and told to reorder through the app. So much for convenience. This review is for the app because i love the food, but the app does not work. I've entered all information correctly, but it keeps giving me prompt as if i missed to complete something. I know i filled it up completely because when i try to order from the browser, it worked! Something is wrong with the app.👎🏼

This app is terrible. Error message after error message. Every time I use the app I have to still call the restaurant to give directions on how the order should be prepared. I also just tried using a gift card and entered it into the app and instead it charged the whole order to my credit card.

It's bugged out. You can't log in. You can't order food. It just takes up space on your phone which is annoying because I can't even add my rewards. I've got a bunch of receipts hanging around that need to be added but the app keeps wigging out and not able to do anything.
