The app is good, but things like layering for the xlarge yogurt was charged. Usually, the store does it automatically for xlarge yogurt. The app was also suppose to give me free delivery if ordered on the app for the first time. However, I was still charged for that as well. I ordered through grub hub on another occasion and for the same order before adding a few other items grubhub was cheaper. So I don't understand what happened.

There are too many promised features that have not become reality. Can't order through the app. I loaded my card, but can't seem to pay with it. I used the Check in barcode and still had to pay with my debit card. I'm afraid I've lost the $25 I loaded on there.

Buggy. Barcode scan doesn't work (camera doesn't come up). Overall look/performance needs improvement. Also, way too much personal information needed for registration. Mandatory salutation and email opt-in, seriously?

I've been a loyal customer for almost 30 years!! My daughter worked there in high school & now is married with 3 children! I'd like for Yogurt Mill to carry a consistent chocolate flavor. They had a delicious chocolate flavor in 2019 and then changed to one that has a 'chemical' aftertaste to it. Now, If they don't have peppermint stick or good chocolate flavor, I just don't go 😔 Unfortunately, I have sensitive taste buds and can easily taste any differences in flavor.

I love Yogurt Mill and regularly go there. But this app has been disappointing to say the least. When I never received my order I contacted the store location and then Door Dash and was told by each that the responsibility was on the other. Even after Door Dash contacting the driver multiple times and coming to conclusion that my order was dropped off at wrong address I was not compensated at all. I was left with the promise that I would receive refund from Yogurt Mill. But NEVER GOT ANYTHING.

Cant register. I've been trying for days & it will not accept the password. I'd love to be able to give the stars, but with not being able to even colleymy rewards from my visits it makes me frustrated.

As much money as a yogurt cost at this place you'd think they'd have a better app..it opens and freezes on location you can't do anything after that...Please fix the bugs once and for all

I have tried for a couple weeks to register I get all the way until I have to type a password and it won't let me click the register button after I type out my password. I have tried several different passwords and it wont let me finish registering
