The suggested paces it calculated for me were more on the conservative side but I didn't mind this and ran faster if it kept the run the same zone. The free version of the program was more than enough and successful for two races I ran (half and marathon). I beat my goal times by several minues. For me, I like the simplicity of the app. "Hal Says" is always a good read too!

I used this app for about 2 years now to train for a marathon, but it's no longer working. it won't save my runs or find them from Garmin Connect. I've contacted customer support, and they only send out automated responding type emails asking if the issue has been resolved. I've paid for this app but now find it a waste of my money and time because who wants to manually enter times and distance every day. I am going to delete this app once and for all.

The entire premise is a lie. Does not adjust to your performance at all. Formerly basic features locked behind subscription tier. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT ACTUALLY ADJUST ITSELF TO YOUR PERFORMANCE. You would be paying for a pre-planned training schedule and phoned in advice that you can find online for free and in abundance. Absolute bare minimum effort to make an app to slap on the play store and charge an UNGODLY *EIGHT DOLLARS A MONTH* for.

The app has stopped working all of a sudden and i m unsure if i can uninstall and reinstall and if my data can be retrieved. I have tried the customer support as well. overall i was enjoying the running plans but the app crashes every now and then and since 2 days the app doesnt even open, i just see a black screen.

I have the free version and am using it to train for my first 10k. The app is easy to use and has cute commentary. The only drawback is that it doesn't pair with my watch or running app (Runkeeper) so I have to manually log each run daily. Other than that, it's awesome.

Love the app but find the GPS tracking slightly unreliable so I use another fitness app and enter the results manually. I would still use the GPS function though if it had speech prompts as this would make the interval and tempo runs much easier.

it is a nice app which adjusts your excercise based on your performance. I used it for training 10km and half marathon, and I end up breaking my personal best. I have also used it to train for four marathons, one pee year, and every year scoring pb, from 4hrs to 3:35. Just follow the training schedule recommended by run hal.

Signed up for the trial. The plan seems good. However, if I'm going to spend this kind of money, I want it to work better with my Garmin watch. I've tried a few other apps that will automatically send the workouts to Garmin. This app will not. If I have to manually put the workouts in, I'm going to go with a cheaper plan.
