Restaurant cancelled the order twice. Never received the refund for the first order, its been over 7 working days on the refund for the 2nd order. You're not able to see any order history on the app, only way to track it is by email. Then, they want me to go to the physical location because they have no recording of the transaction on my first order. Customer support itself has no access to your order history. Unless you give them a date, they can't try to track down your order. Abysmal service

I ordered through the app. The experience was good. However, 1 item was missing when I received the order. I called the restaurant but they did not respond properly. There phone was switched off after some time. I logged the complaint through feedback section in the app but not response yet. I have not even received the acknowledgement of the complaint on email/sms.

Your app does not show the correct address to the person delivering even after selecting the correct address. This has happened twice now. The "porter" delivery service wrongfully sent me an SMS to pay the revised amount which was caused by the change of the pick up/drop location which in turn was caused by the ineptness of your app. Fix this issue as it has caused trouble to the delivery person and financial duress for me.

Horrible first time experience. I tried to order pizza directly from the app but suddenly the address of delivery changed . I tried to cancel the order but no option to cancel exists. I tried calling the assigned number but that number also shows as "Does not exist". Been trying to reach the customer service and no response.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This App! Rating: 0/5 stars "I'm extremely disappointed with the Pizza Hut app and their overall service. I ordered a pizza through the app, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The app was slow and unresponsive, making it difficult to place my order. When I finally received my pizza, it was cold, soggy, and tasted terrible. The toppings were incorrect, and the crust was overcooked.

order was made through application. money paid. after an hour i receive a call stating that order can't be delivered as distance is more. they are not capable of transferring the order to my nearby branch. they are not capable of refunding. they are not capable of choosing the correct branch in the first place. money gone, no refund as yet after 3 days. no way to track the money or order. order from anywhere but not their app. ve careful

Sometimes the pizzas are not fresh. the biggest problem is that there is order tracking system in the app. You just get notification that the order is dispatched or prepared. (Even that is sometimes inaccurate). You do get good offers but pls add a GPS

Rs. 1045 was deducted from my account for two different orders yet neither got the orders accepted nor delivered. In addition to that they took rs. 397 in cash again for another order. The restaurant manager said it's a technical issue and they can do nothing about it. Such terrible experience from the app and outlet. Kindly issue the refund ASAP. Stop cheating your customers!
