The Perth Pollen Count and Forecast App uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to generate pollen forecasts using real-world pollen counts from Australia’s second operational automated pollen counting station located at Curtain University. We are the only service in Perth which validates its forecasts for accuracy, which means they can be trusted. We also provide access to live air quality information and you can use the Perth Pollen App to track your hay fever symptoms to figure out which pollen types are triggering your symptoms. Our notification system can alert you when grass pollen levels are high, helping you plan your activities.
Perth Pollen also conducts research aimed at better understanding the health impacts of air quality and the different types of pollen in our air. Completing the survey regularly helps us with this important work.

Update: The new update is here! I'm over the moon as it's much better for monitoring my asthma and hayfever triggers. It looks significantly more professional than the last version, has more information to record and information on the app, and new features like a map of each trigger and more options for notifications. Even with such massive updates, restore purchases worked for me so I could continue with the additional data I had on the previous version.

The data behind the app is really useful, but the interface needs a little work. A trial period to preview the full functionality of the app before signing onto another subscription service would be great.

Would love to see the notification number on the app icon being used as a scale (1 to 5) of pollen count so there's no need to even open the app. Either that or a small widget.

Poorly designed, excessively cluttered interface obscures the simple, useful information. This along with mistakes in the FAQ do not make me confident in its data. Prohibitively high cost for the extras.

$9.99 a month for the pollen count, which you can look up, seems way over priced
