Server Disconnect : first Month We Connect wifi it's Connected and Show all data properly after 1.5 month got its Disconnected from server ( but inverter Connected to wifi ) But when we Connect it's to bluetooth it's Showing Real time Data . not showing on internet. there are not customer Support. not video available on YouTube.

the app doesn't show any online data even after being connected to wifi only shows data on the inverter display. very poorly developed app or hardware by polycap.

Although the app is all in one but need more corrections. For every customer the portal says the client is already registered also even after configuring with wifi the details are not visible when I am out of my site location. Everytime one has to connect with bluetooth to review the performance. It's a humble request to Polycab team to please resolve this.

The app is not working properly. It is not getting connected... The app is not showing the current readings of units generated on the grid... daily, monthly data is not available for the past 15 days... Developers kindly update the bugs and repair the app on an urgent basis...

The app doesn't showing Unit generation value in decimal online but if we check the data by connecting the inverter via bluetooth it shows precise value in decimal, like my inverter in bluetooth it shows 16.9 but while online shows 16.0. So if we check the monthly generated unit, it shows less generated monthly unit in the App. ultimately the data is misguiding in the app. All other Chinese inverter shows precise values in their App.

I am very disappointed, some suggestions 1). Change your UI and make it a little attractive, 2). Show the generation in decimal as it comes at the time of local setup, 3). When we go out of the house the generation is not shown, shift it from Bluetooth to WiFi so that we can operate it from anywhere over there. Thank you!

The app is good but few below improvements are required. 1. production today is only showing numbers not decimal value. 2. no income is coming on today income option. 3. every login required if we already logged in. 4. improvements in UI required alot. please update App more informative today I am not able to login. facing the login issue. 30-may-2025

it works fine both the app and the inverter, but I like you to add 1 small feature - In the graph please add how many units generated at a particular time. I understand that power generation reading is important but for a common person we would like to see units generated for every hour on all days because that is more understandable.
