Couldn't log in, and then the thing ended up locking my account. I got that fixed, but today when texting on Google message app, I suddenly started getting voice advertisements! The only thing different between yesterday and today was installing this POS app. Uninstalled it, and Google message app is back to normal.

The developer obviously has no prior experience creating or using financial apps! The app shows a list of accrued tolls over a default or selected time period. The information isn't in financial ledger form I.e.: this toll is $XX.XX and your balance after deducting the toll is $YY.YY. I had a negative balance from a trip but after replinishing by CC, the app showed my balance in RED despite having added more than the deficit. They tack a $1.29 "PROCESSING FEE" onto each replenishment.

As a tourist trying to figure out how to pay tolls, I couldn't even make an account. Download app and it's straight to login with no way of making an account or searching for the rental vehicle I'm driving to see how much I've been charged.

I am not satisfied with this service at all. The screen shows one price, but when you pass through the road, they charge you double. This is truly unfair. It should not mislead people like this. E-ZPass was supposed to make traffic smoother, but now it just takes money from people’s pockets. I hope this issue is resolved soon and more transparency is provided.

Why is it that neither this app nor the actual ezpass online website break down your charges in a way where you can see on a map what section of your trip cost what amount? My NJTP charges aren't listed in any sensible way. And they are even out of sequential order. Other than bridges, it is hard to tell where or when you were charged what. Pretty much the goal of the app wasn't achieved. lStill, sadly, it is better than the VDOT mobile webpage.

This app is a fraud. If I could I'd give them a ZERO!!! I paid $25 on my husband's account and it never showed up on his account even though our bank processed and paid the scammers! Called ezpassva and they informed me that they don't have an app! Bought a new transponder on the ezpassva website for $20 and that's all that showed up on his account. UPDATE 5/8/24: After looking through our Ezpassva accounts, I saw that the $25 that was supposed to be applied to husband's account was paid to min

Can't log in. When I try too many times, it then locks my account. And I have to reset the password to be able to access it through a browser. What a failed app and whoever worked on this should be fired.

Other than check your balance, whichbis kot even current, is pretty much USELESS, Home screen show activity that doesn't appear on the activity screen, transactions appear as posted over one month later, if that's the case there is no way to know your current balance as in my case I use tool road everyday, so even my first assessment is invalid. Two starts assuming you could add funds.
