This application could be great, however it freezes way too much, at times does not load at all and it does not refresh in a timely manner. The car service itself is awesome. Unfortunately, this app leaves alot to be desired in a climate where technology and apps are major components in business.

Morning blessings too one n all, I've had great experience with prestige, for as calling directly to prestige Bass! However this app isn't customer friendly! How could u guys not honor credit n debit cards, n the price change isn't accurate! I'ma grade u on my past experience not the app! 🙏🏿..

Would love to use the app but it refuses to recognize my telephone number as valid. Needs to quote accurate prices and should allow for electronic payments or it is not convenient. Until those issues are addressed I guess I'll go with Uber.

Only one dispatch is very nice, the drivers are usually not good or they playing loud music, dirty cars, no ac in the back because of the new plastics between the customer n driver due to corona virus but I'm not gonna pay good money to still get somewhere drenched in sweat. The drivers try to charge you whatever price. The African drivers that prestige recently hired are the worst, everytime it's been a prob, bad attitudes, smelly cars, can't find you and want you to walk a block to meet them.

Was not able to use the app because it wouldn't allow me add my credit card. I tried all my cards and I always get a wrong error msg saying I entered the wrong credit card information which was not true. Please Fox this issue.

This could be better than Uber & Lyft if passengers have option to pay with credit card & making stop or round trips.You get cars quicker if you put your pick up & destination address correctly vs calling despatcher.

I rather use Uber for a car service. Was in lower Manhattan requesting a car, they charged my card without having a driver and canceled my ride. I wasn't refunded my money and was refused a driver when I called them to see why my ride was canceled. USE UBER INSTEAD! USE ANY OTHER CAR SETVICE OTHER THAN THEM. I RATHER WALK THAN TO US THEM. AND THE PHONE PERSON NAMED HECTOR WAS HORRIBLE WITH ANY HELP.

The cabs are always late and they rarely pay attention to the app,some ask where I'm going even though itll be in the app. The app gives false waiting times. Says 2 min away and would be waiting 10 min
