Provision Cam 2 was created to work with the new Ossia OS by Provision-ISR.The application is a professional mobile client, designed for remote live-view, playback and configuration.
It is compatible with all devices running Ossia OS as well as older devices running v3.4.3 and up. Devices running v3.3.0 was tested and working, but might have some limited features or connectivity problems. Older devices were not tested.
We are currently offering version 1.16.4. This is our latest, most optimized version. It is suitable for many different devices. Free download directly apk from the Google Play Store or other versions we're hosting. Moreover, you can download without registration and no login required.

Camera dealer and installer. had many many issues with this app in Android on both TV and and mobile. recent updates to Android have caused playback issues which Provision has yet to rectify, leaving me no ability to playback. Further frustration added bt the fact that I have many users that have this issue. FIX THE ANDROID APP AND MAKE IT USE ABLE. I'll also add that the browser extension for PC is so outdated, that I have to use an old outdated version of chrome just to log into the..

This app was great at first, but after the recent update, it crashes when I try to do anything other than watching the cameras. I have Samsung S22 Ultra. Nobody can figure out why it does this. Even our security company with actual tech support. I cannot replay footage, save videos, or anything other than just a live feed. I'm super disappointed as I run a homeless shelter and it is vital foe me to be able to see what's going on and what has happened, to be able to save footage, and photos.

I've had a ProVision installation and the app for almost 3 months now - very happy with the cameras and NVR, and find the app great. The user interface I find is intuitive enough, although it does list features my system doesn't have - disabling icons for non-available features would be useful. In the last few days I have encountered an issue, where the app doesn't connect to the NVR for a couple hours at a time, which is a concern.

App was perfect but has recently started to jump on playback. So if I drag the time bar to a specific time, it will play for a second then Jump forward by 5-10mins. I often rewind stuff that's just happend but it will then jump forward into future time (i.e beyond current 'live' time). It only does this on Android (Google Pixel 7) whereas the IOS version on my tablet seems ok. Please can someone fix this!!!!

I have to agree with most people, the app feels dated like a '99 website with bubble hot keys and hyperlinks. When scrubbing playback the menu disappears so quickly it can be frustrating to pin point your event.. also the time, real smart to use grey font on a grey background! Real easy to see!! Not! It has a mind of its own now, I'm viewing in standard def and it keeps kicking me to a lesser resolution "for smoother playback" let me opt out of the override. Bad update!! Feb 2023

Works well. The new version the maintenance part has dissappeared so you cannot set time. Had a hick-up this weekend where nothing worked but seemed to have settled. Dont know if it was app problem or service provider I now have an issue with playback and recording. Keeps giving me an error message. Rather annoying. Just like Miguel de Lima said. I still cant record properly. Will this be sorted some time?

since the last update there's sound issues!. I got my dvr connected with both in and out sound. the output goes to a receiver with 2 speakers. up until the update while pressing the speak sound button i was heard perfect!. Now the sound hardly goes through and i can't be heard! on a scale of 1 to 10 the sound is 1!! but on my tablet its working fine! as there's no update for it.

I would have given them five stars, but their tec support were horrible. I couldn't connect outside my LAN. called their tec support. They were short tempered and arrogant, and still couldn't solve the issue. Finally I watched some YouTube videos and figured out that all I had to do is scan the barcode from the screen. Luckily I didn't make the changes their tec team said i had to do to my router. They should definitely train their outsourced support team better or get rid of them!
