This app is not user friendly. It deletes people after each use, you have to re-enter your info and locations with every use. You cannot check in your own students, you have to search through the entire student body which is very time consuming in the event of a real emergency. This app is just not a sufficient way of accounting for students and/or faculty members in emergencies.

App has a horrible user interface. Really bad choice for public schools. No redundancies before alerts are engaged with. Confusing and clunky attendance/roster layout. Works like an app developed by a person that literally just started to create apps. 10/10 would not recommend. Sad to see so many school districts using it. Must be a good deal for them somehow.

Update: I finally had a reason to use this app but it didn't load in time. It was completely useless in every sense of the word. It does not keep me logged in. Every single time, I have to enter my email twice and my complicated password on my small keyboard in the middle of a theoretical emergency when seconds count. Nice concept. Poor execution.

very hard to manage users accounts, and expectations!

The concept is great however functionality is quite an aggravation. I have it on my office computer but need it on my phone as I'm not always at my desk won't accept password on mobile app so tried changing password. Not only have I wasted hours of my life trying unsuccessfully to get it to accept any password as my new one it won't even accept the passwords it suggests. I'm clearly going to have to reach out to my administrator for a solution. If only program were a bit more user friendly.

If it's as frustrating during a drill that I forgot the workarounds to it locking me out because of being connected to any WiFi, or that another teacher is supposed to assume my role-- I do question how it will be seamless in event of a situation. Granted, practice is going to help.

Spyware program that tracks you for no reason even when it's not active. You can read the documentation on their site, but it's very hard to find. My organization forced me to install it so I had to buy a separate device for it. Not cool.

Terrible app. It does not work half the time and it's slow to respond to input. Our system asked teachers to use this app and most of us cannot get it to work properly. I also have concerns about what it is doing behind the scenes to my phone.
