This app wants developer options turned off in order to run. What makes you think that your app is more important than the developer options? I want to know why is it impossible for this app to work without requiring this stupid demand.

Not intuitive in the slightest! Don't even bother trying to use the scheduler, at first it is cumbersome to set time slots, you can't edit the time directly...you need to scroll through in 15min increments. Then once you set your times and name the daily plan it won't show as an option in the weekly plans, it just says not activated, and there is no way to activate it! If you set your room to manual and choose your desired temperature, say 21°, it never even turns on....just stays at 19°!

Base is correctly connected to server but the app does not pair with this device. Top bar is moving like something is going on but after hours nothing happens and no error is shown. I cannot use another app to manage the system because it is not yet integrated. Fantastic marketing but awful app. Buy control system from other manufacturers that develop their apps often, this one has not been updated for one year.

App is not intuitive to use but is instead made like a website for a computer. For example, there is pages with apply or save buttons on the bottom of pages where they aren't visible immediately. The back button also closes the app and isn't used for navigating the app like most other apps.

The App is basic, but does what is expected. However, it would be nice to add some features. For example, the current valve status (on/off or percentage) and a graph of the opening/closing over the last time period.

The app is clearly unfinished, it looks more like a demo than a consumer app. I can't see floor temperature for individual rooms, only a chart with all rooms. The rooms temperature resets when the Absence mode is activated. The images for the rooms are not cached. The UI is poorly put together, constant "Order has been sent" popups which overlap and don't get dismissed automatically are insane. The statistics screen scrolling position is constantly reset after visiting each child screen. Doesn't Rehau have money to hire a UX designer to provide decent app experience? The fact that they didn't even bother to translate the description to English (or other countries languages where they sell their products?) and that they haven't updated the app for a year since its launch shows how little does Rehau care about this app. I'm not talking about over-the air updates, but core component updates (like, upgrading react-native version?). If I purchase the product like nea smart 2.0 whose main selling point is being accessed through a mobile app I expect the app to be well-maintained. And yes, the last over-the air update broke everything, the app is now unusable altogether.

EDIT 2: Nobody replied to this email. You can't even find an installer settings descriptions online EDIT: Country/Town is Bulgaria / Sofia When I switched to cooling, the system does not open the qctuators no matter what settings I try. The present mode is active, the schedule is off, the cooling mode is enabled in settings, the temperature is set to lowest possible. The damn base is not openings the valves. How to debig this?

Update has made some great improvements, graphs now work. It's a shame you can't see all rooms on one graph for comparison and still get quite a few connection errors. Please keep the upgrades coming!
