Spent a few bucks to get higher in one of the side games. The rewards never showed up, and the tech support is ignoring my message. Pretty disappointed. Edit: Customer Service got back to me after 2 days. It was finally sent. They seem to be having issues but won't push out a notice to the community even though they have it in game. Edit: New updates caused more problems than fixes. Again, customer service ignores the issues. Downgraded rating to 1 star.

This game is no longer playable on my device which is kind of pathetic for game developers. I have a Pixel 8 Pro which was released just last year in '23. I really enjoy this game and its annoying that this has happened and I can no longer spend time playing it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it doesn't correct the issue. Pretty sad that this is happening because the game is great. New events all the time that keep the game alive and playable.

I really love this game and I've been playing diligently for a while but after updating the latest version it, it is no longer compatible with my device! I did a software update on my own phone, force stopped the app, un-installed, reinstalled, refreshed, restarted my phone and it's still saying it's not compatible. How do I check the compatability and what can I do to fix it? Or this some kind of bug with the latest update? Please help if you can. Reached out to support and it's fixed! 5 stars!

I downloaded this game and played for 2 solid days. Was a chilled experience and was loving it. the game updated and suddenly it isn't compatible with my device. My device is completely up to date and it's still not compatible. Not sure how suddenly I can't play the game anymore. I'm not impressed as it was exactly what I was looking for in a seriously stressful time. A really great game, just wish I could play it...

I like this game a lot. I wish there was a way to purchase zero ads because all you end up doing is watching ads to advance but that's typical of idle games. I'm not sure I fully understand how the "gear" works. I never seem to have a "good" rating on my peaceful gear no matter how high my percentage is...and I'm always way lower than everyone else in the arena fights. That's not my favorite aspect of the game. Overall it's a pretty good game though.

Played a bunch over the last week or so and now all of a sudden in the middle of having the game open "Your device is not compatible with the game." And I can't open it anymore??? Have tried reinstalling and still nothing. Not sure if there was a patch that broke this but please fix it and I will change my rating. Update: game let me back in but all my progress was deleted. Complete joke.

I've been playing this game for a few months now. I love it for the most part, but once you get to a certain point in the main game and the events it becomes watching adds. It's the only way you can progress. Now today, about an hour after updating it popped up and error message that said my phone is not compatible with the game. I have a Motorola razr 2023, this has never been an issue before and now I can't open the app at all. Sad day.

Mostly fun game and a great time waster, easiest way to play: spend money to win. 1) Don't buy elite pass and expect to have access to all three tiers of the battle pass, you have to spend extra for access to all 3. 2) Percentages on skills such as stun, combo, etc are meaningless and reflect no actual percentage of a chance. 3) The Seasonal events are basically impossible without paying money to speed up the process thus defeating the "idle" aspect of the game.
