I've been trying to make this app work for a long time. It just doesn't! I can't log in. I tried to change the password and it says a link has been sent. I never received the link. looking spam folder and it's not there. It does not allow me to put in a different email address. Complete waste of time. Someone fix this app please

It forced a 60mb update, logged me out, won't let me log in, the reset password email links to a rewards screen, and when I try to reset password I get error messages about null values and I'm forced to enter my phone number. When submitting I'm told password is empty or wrong and it clears all my inputs. Update: defaults to a store many miles away about a third of the time and I have no idea why. Placed an order to wrong store & every time I check out I have to look. 5 star food, 1 star app

Some reason will default to a random store like 8 miles away from your current location and not the one you ordered from last time. This makes no sense, don't know how to stop this, out like 50 dollars in orders to places across town and no cancel order option.

I do enjoy ordering from the app and the customization options are great. However, I would like to see them add a couple features before I give it 5 stars. First, I really would like to be able to pay with a gift card. It's disappointing this isn't a feature. Secondly, when they have their rewards offers, i.e. "visit 5 times in October to earn a reward" I would like to be able to track that.

App says delivery is unavailable for my address but I can order online with no issue. I hope this is fixed soon since the app is more convenient than using a browser.

The app was a 3/5 while ordering, then I got to my local Rubios and discovered all online orders had not been made. Long story short, I had to get a refund (which sucks because I really wanted that burrito) and drive through a faster place. I wish the app was integrated with Google Pay so I can avoid storing my credit card in yet another app. I wish I could say "light" or "extra" in addition to "all" or "none." It makes a difference. Maybe this will come in a later version. (see Panera)

I don't go to Rubio's enough because the prices are so high, so my points all got removed and I never got to use them. There are never any good offers in the app unless you have a whole family to buy for. So, I'm deleting the app and not going back to Rubio's. My friends and I decided if we're going to pay that much for a single meal, we'll go to an actual restaurant and eat instead. If the app didn't take so long to accumulate points and there were better offers, I might give it a chance again.

I ordered delivery thru the app. They missed an item from my order. When I called the store, they told me they randomly choose a third party (Grub hub, etc) and they couldn't tell me which service delivered my food. My only option was to come pick up the forgotten item myself, totally negating the benefit of ordering delivery. Zero accountability from Rubio's on fixing this mistake. You are better off ordering thru a third party directly, at least they would fix it themselves.
