I was a longtime user, but the latest version just ruined the app for me. The giant ads would be more bearable if they weren't super awkward ads for condoms or whatever (idk they're in German). In addition to this they had to go and mess up the cursor. The regular vertical cursor is invisible now, and the app just underlines a big chunk of the expression. Good luck guessing the exact position. The Caller ID feature that's been here for a long time was also another thing that's always bugged me.

I feel abused by the intrusive ads. Looks like PowerCalc Pro was pulled from Play store. I paid for PowerCalc Pro only to be shatfted and forced to buy "ad free" version of this app. PowerCalc Pro loads instantly, this version slow to load w/ silly animation to hide loading time! Dev didn't care about early adopters who bought Pro version and expects us to pay again for "lifetime" ads free when that's what we were supposed to be paying for when buying "pro". UPDATE: contacted dev....crickets!!🦗

Old app was great. Have side loaded the old app for years after it seemed dead since it was one of the only apps that did well simulating a Casio scientific calculator. It has now been destroyed with ads and excessive permission requirements. Until there is an option to buy a version with absolutely NO ads or unnecessary permission requirements, do not patronize these theives.

The app was fine for the longest time without any update. I'm not sure what the update was supposed to address. I even thought support for the app was discontinued as I had to install from its apk and not through Play Store. Now, the app gets updated automatically through play store and has intrusive ads and I can't see the cursor anymore when editing my computations in the display. It also enabled wifi and data usage and automatically switched on access to background data.

Try HiPER Scientific Calculator app instead of this. It is free with ads, but it works! And without needing permissions! This used to be hands down the best calc app. Now it won't even load correctly and hangs on ads when off network or airplane mode. Why does a simple calc app need a caller ID feature? To scam you. I used this for years. Update's ad issues killed it. Uninstalling.

(Update) after a major update it became nealy useless. I canot edit previous lines. Very anoying ads. (Previous) Simple, but powerful calculator. Very easy to use. Easy to edit previous numbers.

Loved this and used it for years. Now they add Ads? Terrible! T akes up space and is super distracting - makes me angry every time I open it. Really want an ad-free option, willing to pay if necessary.

The ads suck big time. Very intrusive. Deal breaker for me. Shame is the calculator itself is awesome but rendered almost unusable due to the manner in which ads have been implemented.
