It doesn't show if the device is in "heating" mode. The history charts are blinking after 1 day, showing the same results. Useless info of heating percentage instead of showing how many minutes it is "on". Too much temperature tolerance for heating. Adding new device is not user friendly process. Even I can adjust the target temp with .5 precision, for the programming I can only do it with no decimals.

I am struggling with this app for a few years now. Nothing improved meanwhile. Connecting the thermostat to a Wi-Fi connection is almost impossible. I sometimes manage, I suppose just out of luck (I have read the manual a thousand times - just a few steps to follow but the app is nowhere near that simple to use/pair a connection) and after all the struggles, after a while you are getting a "network error" and you will have to redo the pairing process. 0 stars!! Worst app ever!

After the last update, the application is not working. NOT WORKING!!!!

This app is absolute 100% unusable. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don't want to make an account, I just want to control my floor heating. So I guess I press "DIRECT" for that? Who knows, no information. If I press it, I need to select a WiFi. I select the wifi of the heater controller. Okay now what? Nothing happens. Okay fine, let's try to make an account then. I try to register, but I can't log in because the E-mail is not verified. I am not getting a verification E-mail.

Worst app and thermostat ever,.how do u change time and date. Also when setting up u need to turn mobile data off. But no where does it tell you that. An update - this has to be the worst app ever. How do you program a schedule...it's impossible!!!

Awful app. It would be more or less acceptable, I'd give it 2-3 stars if you didn't have the network error at login. When starting the app you have to login every time and it's not working now!

During log-in procedure I receive "NETWORK ERROR" all the time. Can not log-in. My network works fine with other WiFI controled units such ones that comes from Itaed. Saswell definitely has the problem to connect to their network. Any chance to solve this problem?

App has been down for 3 weeks. Keep getting network error. Have tried on different devices with no luck. I even tried re-registering. Now can't control my thermostat via WiFi.
