Easy to use, and has promotion info. the problem is I can't schedule more than one ride at a time, and I can't edit my reservation. So, to edit anything in my scheduled reservation (wrong payment method, time, etc) I have to cancel my existing reservation and then create a brand new one. That's the reason for the 4 stars. The ride service itself was great, the driver was on time (early by 20 minutes), the car was comfortable and he drove carefully as well.

Things changes & rarely I had to cancel my orders. Within the past year I had to cancel twice. To my surprise, the exact same experience. 10-15 minutes later the driver showed up. When I told them I've cancelled, they showed me their phone and my order still on their screen. I had to pull down their screen to refresh. My suggestion, please auto refresh every minute. It's unpleasant to deal with drivers lecturing me not to cancel shortly before they arrive, when in reality I've cancelled long ago

Used to be a huge fan of the app. No more. The fact that it forcefully tries in advance to lock my location before letting me do anything at all is a huge letdown (try waiting for up to 4 mins before it finally lets me do something). Have you guys heard about coarse location? Anyhoo, been trying to use Easyride a few times, which now always ends with frustrating failures (which I suspect has to do with the location as well. Come on, Guys, in this age of pandemic cashless should be forefront.

Taxis are good, but app needs work. Sends 5 notifications and several emails for every ride. Specifically the notifications are misconfigured in the application code - several different ones are sent as one type, so android users can't easily decide which they want to hide. Tell the developer to use a distinct notification type for every message.

The app is great and useful, but sometimes the map isn't mapping.. I choose the location at the LRT Cikunir 1, but it always changed to jl. caman raya number *** (not the real location of lrt) so i had a little argument with the driver because of not the precise location, and also, the drivers call didn't get into me. Please fix this, it feels uncomfortable too, to take a taxi after having an argument.

Tried blue bird app for the first time, had a pretty bad experience. App is super unresponsive, took quite long to find a driver, but somehow cannot chat the driver. Calling the driver was super difficult due to bad signal. Ended up wasting a lot of time since we cant communicate with the driver.

It's annoying when the app constantly ask you to enable notifications but everyday without fail, they send you useless promotional / marketing information. Please create an option where I can continue enjoy the app and receive booking notifications, but without useless marketing info.

It has the worst UI and worst maps amongst all other transport service app. I would never use this if not for my company. Please fix the UI and make it easier to pinpoint my destination.
