Fix It! Taylor enables you to report issues that you see all across the city directly into the government’s work management system. If you see problem, beginning the “fix” is as easy as entering your concern into the system. Once you drop a marker on the map, answer a few simple questions and possibly add a photo, you it will automatically be reported to the proper department to be assigned and fixed. We will let you know that we’ve received your concern and give you updates on the progress toward getting it fixed, as well as letting you know when the issue is resolved. This mobile application is ideal for everyday problems like graffiti, street and lawn maintenance, damaged trees and garbage collection. Residents can track the status of reports they or others community have submitted – and learn when they are resolved.
