I took the time to find this app, download and install it, create an account, submit an issue, only to have the government worker who reviewed my issue close it with no explanation, no reason, no feedback positive or negative. I have no way of knowing if I did something wrong, or if the thing I submitted simply wasn't a problem. They may as well just closed it with the picture of a middle finger pointing at me for all the good it did me.

let's you see if others have complained about same issue (at least for potholes) and while I didn't try it, appears to let you submit anonymously if you so desire.
