Misleading. Before you download the app, there is no mention of a subscription or fee. But after you download the app (and spend a good portion of time answering the sleep quiz in the beginning) it takes you to a screen where you are promoted to pay almost 300$. No option for a free or cheaper version with less features either, which was disappointing.

The sleep reset app provides easy to learn lessons and a science-based approach to improving sleep. there were so many factors that affect sleep, leading to so many ways to change your behavior to improve your sleep. lots of individualized support was offered. The sleep reset procedure was definitely challenging but I was able to develop a more positive outlook on my sleep behavior and I feel confident I can continue all my improvements.

Bad feeling of getting tricked. The program itself is not bad.. for the first 4 weeks. After that, you keep getting the same routine, very easy to apply. It is advertised as an 8-week program but nobody tells you that you will be charged every month after that if you don't cancel. So, that is a lie. Second, there is nowhere to leave a review on the website and all you can read is the 5 stars. Finally. There is a $70 CBTi program, very similar, without the cool app and other bells & whistles.

Part of this app, a big part of it, is the coaching. To be honest I was expecting an AI bot for a coach, but it was a live person... who conveniently disappeared once the trial period was over. The app miscalculated my first sleep compression, which my coach corrected but not in the app itself. The app bases your program off of this, so I feel like it's been thrown off by this oversight. No more coach to fix it or answer questions. Can't recommend.

On the second day the app kept freezing and crashing all the time. I can't use the app at all. Reinstalling the app didn't help. Also, the sleep report showed I have 0 issues which is not correct. My trial has been canceled. There were other small bugs like asking me to write something and then showing empty quotes that were supposed to show my text. The app, training program and working with a coach looks good. I would like to use the app when these issues are fixed. The price is very high.

This works! I saw results starting around 3 weeks. I'm glad that I found this app and signed up. However, it's too expensive. The sleep coach feature didn't add any value to me. You could probably get similar results by Googling or reading a book about sleep compression therapy, which is what this program uses. In the future I think it'd be great to have an option of a cheaper version without a sleep coach.

I was so optimistic about this program, but have found the coaching to be pointless. It takes 2 days for my coach to respond, and I wonder if they're using bots - the feedback isn't personalized or specific. Im now on week 7 and despite logging every day and following the lessons, I can't say that my sleep has improved much since I started the program. It's frustrating and very disappointing.
