For your sanity do not sign up with them. I tried to sign up but never received my SIM card. Customer service is done via zenmo chat and it timed out on me about 10 times and I really wish I was exaggerating. The system somehow lost my order, port in details, email, and the agents refused to provide me a confirmation of the failed order except via chat. I hope my number doesn't suddenly port out of the blue and I lose my number.

Literally the worst mobile app. Instructions conflict each other, and they cut off my previous mobile provider while not activating my new mobile network. I was stranded over 3 days without any data, including the weekends. You can only chat thru the app, and the help rendered is useless AF. I don't even know why they dare to roll out such a useless app. Even simba and giga has much better and user friendly app interface. At this point gomo might as well delete itself off the face of the earth.

Can't log in at all. Tried data first and it doesn't work. Tried to get OTP but no messages can come through so can't log in through WiFi as well update: chatted with customer service, and all good now. Matter was fixed in a few hours. It was an IT disruption on their end

Honestly cheap but also I understand why it's cheap. The data is so slow sometimes even opening the own app is slow. New: It has gotten worse over the year and I'm genuinely planning to change my data. It's so bad where I can't even send a simple text message without it delaying it for such a long period.

Worst app which u have to tolerate to use if on GOMO. Sometimes if u open this app 2nd time, it will hang while loading...so cant check account or data left. When require gomo support help via app, this app will fail to upload screenshot of photos taken on ur phone which gomo support personnel requested in order to assist u with ur issue. Utter failure is all I can say!

Becareful it's cheap while it works. Otherwise a total scam. No customer care except some chat that takes ages to get anything don't. For 6 months trying to cancel a sim because they could not give me a replacement despite multiple requests.

I have no comment about the app (because I seldom use it) but I am very disappointed with the way they treat their customer. I had been with them for 5 yrs. Only recently that I realised I had been paying higher subscription fee but with much lesser data / talktime / sms etc as compared to many other new plans that they have rolled out. I have no regret to port-out my numbers to other telco.

Worst service ever. I thought my connection was slow because of 4G. So I upgraded to 5G and it's still the same slow connection. My WiFi is still much faster. What's the point of phasing out 4G when you can't even provide actual 5G connection speed?
