The hardware (lock itself) fails to connect to network during setup. Took almost like forever to connect. But once connected works good. App update made me had to reset every thing again, then back to trying to reconnect to the wifi was dreadful. I think this securam is on the right track, but the hardware to connect is so disappointing.

Update 12/6/2022: 3.5.4 update has fix the app issue. All good now. However, 3 stars due to support team not communicating about the apps issue when they new it. Do better! Good bio lock, easy install. Take several hours to setup wifi connection. But once connected it works great. Dec 4th 2022: the Securam app stopped working on my Galaxy S21+. Login and app closes. Uninstall and reinstalled and still now working. After password is entered the app immediately shuts down. Please Help!

After turning of WPA3, had no connection issues. Novice might have trouble connecting. Wish it had 5ghz capability and support WPA3.

User sign up doesn't support email addresses with hyphens. This was reported to support 3 weeks ago and still hasn't been resolved. So still can't create account.

Even WORSE than the old app -- stay away from this miserable company. This app won't connect to the lock or base station (old one did), rendering the product totally worthless.
