I spent 2 years not being able to submit maintenance requests, it just threw me back to the request page upon submission with no error message. I had to email the real estate & frustrate her quite a bit. I work as a web developer & had an issue with a fork at my job not submitted if users used symbols like '&', and thought "hmm maybe that's why the app keeps failing for me". So on a recent request I tried just avoiding symbols & it finally submitted! I got lucky my job helped me solve it myself

Awful. It's a 3 star app for a reason. It's just not user friendly. I can't update applications. If you save that's it, its gone. It isn't even obvious how to use these functions to begin with. They're just so hard to find. Also you need an email code just to access the app. So if you're in a sharehouse it's a nightmare to go chasing the code just to log in. Customer service is about the only saving grace here. They have a great team. App developers should be fired.

Could only submit 3 photos for maintenance. Had issues with setting up payment for new lease, when amount changed half way. Thankfully Sorted had a human being who could sort it out, as estate agent was very unhelpful.

Poorly implemented features, cluttered and unintuitive UI, and just not really worth the time if you don't have to use it. Also, some of these 5-star reviews have either got to be AI generated or staff been given the directive to help up the rating.

My property agent gave me this app as my rent was scheduled through this. I availed electricity and broadband, paid advance amount for electricity. No bills until you requsts. When I cancelled my broadband they asked to give early cancellation fees which was not shared prior to starting the services. Overall, no streamlined processes, no transparency unless you demand, no contracts signed. Confusing and frustrating. Their chat service is good. What will I do with with their chatting service?

This app is always so faulty and never runs properly. Even with the new update, there are still heaps of bugs in the software. The app is constantly glitching to the point that you can even log in.

Unable to perform basic functions like change rental payment dates to be earlier to be in line with when I get paid so the rental process can be streamlined. App just says to speak to agent. Contacted agent on multiple attempts who have said there are issues with Sorted. Each time I've raised issues with Sorted, there's no accountability and they just refer you back to the agent.

Can't even log in. The app looks like it's having an epileptic fit. Been like this for years. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall every time I want to log in. The only reason I use this app is because my real estate agent forces me too. Rubbish
