Easily order, unnecessarily hard to cancel. When I arrived at the store, they were out of most bagels, and we didn't want the ones that they did have. You have to contact their customer support outside of the app and provide them with all the information that they already have on the app. Why is there not an easy way in the app to cancel or request a refund?

Just like some other people I haven't been able to get this app to work. When I load up my cart and go to check out its blank. I see a pop up at the bottom that says something about a credit card has been canceled and can't be used. When I check in my account there's only my most recent credit card there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. And I got a new phone and it still doesn't work on that either

I like Brueggar's, but it's frustrating ordering on the app. 1) When I order the Western Brisket, the app (and website) auto-populates the bagel to the "plain bagel" option when it's supposed to be on one of the gourmet bagels - so I have to pay an additional $0.90 each time I order on the app vs. In-store. Which is annoying cause it's convenient to order ahead and also there are rewards you can only get from using the app 2) The menu is split up across mutiple pages and is awkward to navigate

The app is nearly useless. What is the point of ordering online of you can't customize what you're ordering. Ordering a dozen? Sure, but you can't pick your bagels or the cream cheese you want. Ordering a sandwich? Sure, but you can forget about getting what you want on it because you can't change anything.

This app needs more work. It doesn't allow you the option to customize your bagel such as a 'no cheese' option, a lighter portion of cream cheese, etc. It would be nice and convenient to order from the app and go pick up but we never can because of the lack of ability to customize.

They fixed their door dash so you can get points now the app just needs a full menu like the western brisket to be featured and notes for extra sauce on the side

Can't customize in the app. You have to go to the store to customize which defeats the purpose of the app.
